User Agreement between you and AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com

The following is the user agreement as presented by AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com, you must agree to these terms before you will be able to sell items, or bid on them, if you do not accept these terms, please, do not use our services.

Article 1. THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS NOT PERMITTED TO SELL ON THE AUCTION. No person under the age of 18 may use the AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com site. If you are under 18, please exit now. AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com has the right to change the terms and conditions policies and Advertising/Fan fees at any time and take the site down at any time to do work on the site or if there are server problems. AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com also has the right to delete items up for bid and ban users if they do not follow the policies. For the items that are being sold by Celebrities, please autograph the item itself in ink or attach an autographed tag written in ink to the item if the item is too small or hard to sign itself ie jewelry, kitchen utensils, collectible figures etc. For your products of your own or you endorse please autograph in ink the product itself or the package it comes in. If you would like to include with the item a Certificate of Authenticity or a letter it would be nice touch.. There will be No Listing and No Commission Fees for Celebrities to use the site. Celebrities may also post links to their own websites when they post an item for sale in the description and on their About Me page as long as it complies with the prohibited list. Celebrities may use the site for business and personal use and for Charity/Fundraising purposes. Celebrities please be sure to include your name and profession in your listing. Fans-If you won the auction by highest bid you must purchase the item. If you purchase an item from site owner, please allow up to 14 days or more for the item to be shipped to you as the item may not be in stock and has to be ordered from an outside source ie Celebrity Management etc.  Please ignore credit message on home page of the auction as it does not apply.

Article 2. Do not use the AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com auction site for any unlawful transactions; United States of America Law, State of Pennsylvania Law, Lancaster County PA Law, Laws from the particular state you are selling/buying from to the state you are selling/buying to. If you decide to sell/buy internationally outside of the United States of America the transaction can not be unlawful in that Country or City or State of that Country. All transactions must be LEGAL in all aspects. If you have questions regarding the legality of an item please contact an attorney. AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com will not be held liable for any items bought or sold on the auction site. AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com does not see or handle any of the merchandise bought or sold. By clicking on the I Agree icon and using the site you agree to release AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com, its employees and myself the owner Theodora Kutchar from all liability. I am not an auctioneer. This is simply a venue.

Article 3. I, the owner, maintain my website on a daily basis personally and we need to uphold and remain in good standing with the merchant account company. These items are also prohibited in the classified and banner ads sections of the site. Anyone found to be selling banned products or services are subject to immediate account termination, frozen funds, forfeiture of funds, fines, and/or order cancellations, all without notice.
